While visiting Niagara Falls we stopped by Shelbys Legendary Shawarma and it absolutely lived up to the name. We got the chicken bowl the shawarma wrap and the fries and every bite was packed with flavor. The chicken was juicy the sauces were on point and the portions were generous. Super delicious and definitely a must try if you’re in the area. Highly recommend

Food is delicious we ordered the family size it contained shawarma, salad, rice, bread and different sauce. As well we ordered vine leaves food was very tasty. Crowded a bit due to the small place but it worth trying

I tried the legendary Shelbys Shawarma. So many good reviews on the food. I decided on chicken wrapped in their own home made bread, so fresh! Their are lots of food items you can choose from and the service was excellent. The interior was very clean and good seating. Next time I'll try the beef and lamb in a bowl as it looked great Parking is quite limited,so get there early.

I recently visited Shelley’s in Niagara Falls and had such a wonderful experience! The restaurant is not only about great food but also about the warm and inviting atmosphere. Everything felt so well presented, from the cozy setup to the cleanliness and overall vibe. A special mention goes to Prabh, who truly makes the restaurant shine. Their effort, attention to detail, and genuine care for presentation create such a welcoming environment for customers. It’s rare to see someone bring so much life and energy into a place—Prabh definitely makes a difference here. If you’re in Niagara Falls and want a spot with delicious food, friendly service, and a lovely ambience, Shelley’s is the place to go!

We stopped by Shelby’s Legendary Shawarma in Niagara Falls and were absolutely blown away. We ordered the shawarma rolls, shawarma with rice, and shawarma poutine – all with mild spice – and everything was spectacular. The flavors were spot on, the ingredients fresh, and the portions generous. What really stood out was the service. I’ve been to several Shelby’s locations, but the staff here were exceptionally warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. It made the whole experience even better. If you’re anywhere near Niagara Falls and craving shawarma, Shelby’s is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

The food was amazing! My personal favorite was the Shawarma Mac n’ Cheese. The service was also incredible, the food came fast and the waiter took our order fast. The food was also still hot when it came to our table. The restaurant itself was decorated really well and even the receipt had some jokes on it! Overall, would recommend to a friend 100%.

It was good. Wait time was long. Very different flavor. I bought shawarma poutine. Would I go again? Maybe. Food did seem a bit on the high end for price range but it was delicious as well. Their authentic Arabic bread was delicious . I took away one star for the wait time, and another star because I’ve had more delicious chicken shawarma poutine for the same price.

⭐ 1/5 – Disappointing Experience at Shelby’s Niagara Falls (June 26, 6:30–7:00 PM) We had high hopes but were really disappointed. Ordered two Legendary Bowls (one with fries, one with garlic potato bites) — both came out identical. The lamb and meat were dry, thick-cut, and tough to chew. We asked for no pickles, but they were still added. When we gave feedback, the staff blamed a “new skewer” — not an acceptable excuse. On top of that, they only provided wooden forks, which made it impossible to cut or enjoy the meal properly. Shelby’s team, please take a serious look at your Niagara Falls branch. This wasn’t legendary — it was frustrating and far below expectations.
